Comparison Review:It must be said that Kitsune is one of the strongest fruits in the game by all accounts. However, Buddha can truly fight on par with Kitsune and win. Both fruits are incredibly strong in PvP and are practically equal in strength and usefulness in grinding. Both fruits have fairly balanced defense and attack, but Kitsune's damage will still be more noticeable than other fruits.
There are some questions about Buddha's knockback, as well as a significant lag in combo potential and knockback
Overall, statistically speaking, Kitsune is stronger. But Buddha can fight equally well against it in PvP.
