When to Eat?
Spider is renowned for its strength in PvP, even at fairly high levels like the Second or Third Sea. However, it's quite weak for grinding and not very strong in AoE.
Spider will be weak at lower levels (for example, up to 1000). It's quite vulnerable in the air.
All this means that you can eat it in the Second Sea, but with considerable reservations in the Third Sea. It's best to avoid it earlier due to its weak grinding.

Working with spider webs (string traps) and attacks using string traps, as well as all the related features.
Spider could do well against Ghost – overall, Spider is stronger in PvP, provides more stuns, and is stronger in combos.
Success in PvP against Blizzard is also possible, as Spider has a slight advantage in AOE, stun, and PvP damage. Blizzard will also be slower overall.
Venom will be a tough matchup – Venom maintains his DoT range well, and in this case, as usual, Spider simply can't reach his opponent.
Phoenix will be a difficult matchup – Phoenix flies and moves faster overall, easily avoiding string traps if the opponent has steady hands.

Player vs Player: 7/10 - The spider performs well in PvP and PvE, but we are talking more about its transformed form than its normal one.
Grinding: 5/10 - Transformed mode. In normal mode it shows itself to be quite average both in grinding and in the long term.
Area of Effect: 4/10 - Spider isn't generally effective at dealing area-of-effect damage or crowd control. The awakened skill "Eternal White (C)" can be useful in this regard, but even it can't provide good area-of-effect damage.
Attack: 5/10 - Decent ATK
Damage: 6/10 - Decent DMG. V2 - Skill V has huge damage.
Defense: 6/10 - 35% Defense Boost when transformed and the ability to Water Walk
Knockback: 4/10 - Especially with its M1s and its awakened 'X' (Web Ball, Tarantulas)
Cooldown: 7/10 - Low cooldowns and good mobility
Range: 5/10 - Pretty good range for combat, especially with its Awakened abilities like "Over-heated Sniper," which can hit far distances (around 800 units in Second Sea).
Mobility: 6/10 - Great mobility with water walking, speed/jump boosts (transformed) + Low cooldowns.
Combo potential: 6/10 - Mobility, stuns (Web Lock), pairing its quick skills like Z (Web Lock) and C (Mass Web) with Fighting Styles (Godhuman, Dragon Talon).
On the Seas: 5/10 - There are no special skills for use at sea. It's best not to eat at this time.
