Quake Fruit
Wiki
When to Eat?
Quake is an excellent fruit for grinding and is especially good for bosses in the Third Sea. These are the times to eat it. Quake is quite weak in PvP, so it's not recommended to use Quake during PvP even against some weaker opponents due to its relatively high predictability.
You can also use it whenever you want for AoE ground damage. It's good against mobs and Sea Events. First Sea can be challenging—in some places, it's even useless.

Special Features
Quake is a great ground-based AoE fruit. All skills create earthquakes and also break Instinct. It has very large hitboxes and fairly high damage. Try to use these qualities wisely – where necessary and appropriate.
Quake can be strong against Love and Spider (AoE vs. ranged traps). It's also good against Ice due to its lack of air escape. It can be a real pain for Venom – it's completely ground-dominant. Rubber is also worth mentioning, as it's a knockback vs stretch.

Quake: Strength Guide
Player vs Player: 6/10 - By consuming the Quake, you'll discover under the hood a large area of effect, high damage, and the ability to interrupt Instinct upon awakening. Compared to the popular Magma, Quake will be more effective in PvP. For example, because Magma is quite slow.
Grinding: 7/10 - Quake's skills feature a large area of effect and instinct penetration, allowing him to easily destroy groups of NPC enemies. Compared to the popular Magma, Magma will be more effective in Grinding, and we recommend throwing Quake into 1v1 combat in PvP.
Area of Effect: 8/10 - Note that the Seaquake (V) ability is great for leveling and raiding. It has one of the largest area-of-effect abilities.
Attack: 5/10 -
Damage: 7/10 - Good damage
Defense: 7/10 - Offers strong crowd control and zoning with large hitboxes.
Knockback: 6/10 - Strong & pure knockback
Cooldown: 5/10 - Cooldown varies depending on the move, but is generally acceptable for PvP and leveling, especially after awakening. Expect moderate cooldowns for attacks like Quake Punch (Z) and Quake Wave (X). Dual Tsunami (V) has a longer cooldown.
Range: 6/10 - Dual Tsunami & so on
Mobility: 5/10 - Mobility comes from its unique spinning flight (F), but lacks speed.
Combo potential: 6/10 - Focus on using its powerful stuns and area denial (Z, C) with fast attacks (M1s) and mobility (F).
On the Seas: 7/10 - Note that Quake is good for grinding, raids, and bounty hunting.
