When to Eat?
It's best to use it at mid-game levels, somewhere around Second Sea, and preferably from level 800, when you need to farm mobs or bosses.
Ice is really good for PvP beginners.
We don't recommend using it in First Sea. It's best for grinding and PvP at levels 1100+. But - It's recommended to level up Melee and Defense by then.
Is Strong in:
Combo Potential [A+Tier], AoE [A-Tier], PvP [A-Tier]

Special Features
Ice is immune to all physical attacks, can walk over water on ice bridges, and can kick some serious ass with the Ice Trident.
Ice's main and unique feature is the ability to freeze enemies with certain skills and its overall Ice usage. It freezes enemies for 2-5 seconds during various moves (Z, X, C, V).
On the downside, the animations are quite slow, leaving you vulnerable to certain weaknesses. Ice is also downright weak against aerial attacks and fruits that work well in the air.
Ice can perform well against Quake (Ice's Freeze successfully catches Earthquakes in place, effectively dodging them).
Also can easily dodge Diamond's M1 attacks thanks to the same Freeze and your good reaction.
Ice can perform well in PvP and against Love, as Ice is good at stopping NPCs. It can also be successful against Spider, as Freeze breaks string traps quite easily.
Ice can perform poorly against Eagle and Phoenix, as they easily dodge Freeze by launching into the air. Also, don't forget that Ice is pretty bad against fruits that have a good air attack.
Ice is also generally very weak against Dough.

Ice: Strength Guide
Player vs Player: 7/10 - Ice is always a good Stun and the only fruit in the game that does an area-of-effect freeze. But remember that Ice is much more effective against ground attacks than in the air.
Grinding: 5/10 -
Area of Effect: 7/10 - Glacial Epoch, Absolute Zero, and Glacial Surge deliver wide-range freezes.
Attack: 4/10 - Ice will prioritize stuns and freezes over high damage per second, which may be a significant drawback for some players.
Damage: 6/10 - Prioritizes crowd control and stuns over raw damage .
Defense: 6/10 - Stuns, freezes, and crowd control. Ice V (freezing surge), C (ice prison), and Z (ice spikes) that lock down enemy.
Knockback: 5/10 - Glacial Surge deals knockback and stuns.
Cooldown: 4/10 - Arctic Clap at ~6.75s and Frostbite Boulder at ~9s are standard numbers. Nothing special.
Range: 5/10 - Absolute Zero (V, Awakened): Wide ice wave with solid AoE.
Mobility: 7/10 - When awakened with Ice Skating for water traversal.
Combo potential: 8/10 - The advantage here is not so much in the combos themselves, but in the ability to create them using Ice skills V (freezing splash), C (ice prison) and Z (ice spikes), which immobilize the enemy, allowing you to perform combos. Ice is considered a great fruit for beginners to learn combos due to its excellent stun and other qualities.
On the Seas: 9/10 - The ability to walk on water, instantly freezing it beneath you. It stuns, freezes, and can be effective at crowd control, making it suitable for grinding, PvP combos, and bounty hunting.
